Juan Pablo Perrino

Studies

He was born in the city of La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, on May 27th, 1987.


He graduated as a Lawyer from the School of Juridical and Social Sciences of the National University of La Plata in 2010, with the highest grade average in his class.

He received the Joaquín V. González prize, awarded by the Municipality of La Plata to the students with the highest grade averages of the class of the National University of La Plata in 2010.

In 2012, he completed attendance of the specialty studies in Economic Administrative Law at the Pontifical Argentine Catholic University.

In 2013, he attended the English Legal Methods Summer School course at the School of Law of the Cambridge University. In 2016, he attended the “Law and Energy: Hydrocarbons” course, in the framework of “Executive Legal Education” of the Torcuato Di Tella University. In 2017, he was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship (Ministry of Education and Sports of the Nation, calling 2017-2018).
Background

 In February 2011, he joined Cassagne Abogados law firm. 

In the academic field, he has served as assistant teacher in the Subject II of Administrative Law I at the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of La Plata since 2013; and since 2015, as second-tier assistant at the Administrative Law subject chaired by Esq. Guido S. Tawil, at the University of Buenos Aires.

 Besides, in 2016 he was appointed Assistant Teacher in the “The Administrative Law Process en the Province of Buenos Aires and in the City of Buenos Aires” subject of the specialization studies on Administrative Law at the National University of La Matanza, where he has held office as Academic Coordinator since 2017. 

Likewise, in 2017, he taught “Administrative Procedure and Human Rights” and “The Administrative Organization and its Governing Principles” in the Specialization Program on State, Local and Federal Law Practice, organized by the State Prosecution of the City of Buenos Aires, and “Provincial and Municipal Public Law” in the Specialization Studies on Administrative Law of the University of Belgrano.

He has taken part as a lecturer in different courses, seminars and conferences on Public Law, and has published varied articles on this specialty field.

 He is a member of the Bar Association of the Federal Capital City, of the Association of Lawyers of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Association of Lawyers of the City of La Plata, and he is registered with the Federal Court of Appeals of the City of La Plata
