Maria Florencia Fernandez Silva


She was born in the city of Buenos Aires on February 4th, 1985.

She graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2008, with specialization on Business Law.

She attended post-graduate studies in Labor Law at the Argentine Pontifical Catholic University (2009/2011), where she was awarded a scholarship based on her academic background and obtained post-graduate degree in such specialization.

 In 2017, she attended the post-graduate course on Corporate Law, chaired by Esq. Rafael M. Manóvil at the University of Buenos Aires.



Since 2006 she has worked for major law firms, carrying out activities related to Business, Labor, and Agricultural Law.

During 2005-2006, she collaborated in the subject Commercial Law I, chaired by Esq. Vítolo-Stordeur, at the University of Buenos Aires.

She took part in many courses and other activities on issues related to her specialty field, Business and Labor Law.

At present, she is a member of the Bar Association of the Federal Capital City (CPACF).
